How do I report a bug?
Email support@keyatpackle.com with the product name, your device and OS version, and a short description of what happened and what you expected. Screenshots or screen recordings help a lot.
Can I request a feature?
Absolutely — feature requests are welcome and read by the same person building the product. We can't promise every idea ships, but we keep a running list and they directly shape what comes next.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds for paid apps are handled by the platform you purchased through (the App Store, etc.) according to that platform's refund policy. If you're stuck, email us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Where is my data stored?
Most KeyatPackle products keep your data on your device. If a specific product syncs or stores anything off‑device, that's disclosed in‑app and in its product listing.
Are you hiring or open to collaborations?
KeyatPackle is currently a solo studio. For partnership or collaboration inquiries, reach out via email and include a short summary of what you have in mind.
